10g Rock Sugar (depends on personal taste)

Method:

  1. Soak the dried White Fungus and Gou Ji berry in warm water for at least 10 minutes. Deseed the pears and cut it into small chunks (like walnut size)

  2. Put 1L water into a wok (or pot) boil on high heat till the water is boiling, add pears, White Fungus, Gou Ji berry in and turn the heat to medium or low heat (depends on the burner) boil for 20 minutes

  3. Add the Rock Sugar in stir till it melted
